Tour Information and Policies

Guided Tours Unlimited, Inc. and its representatives act as agents for services provided by operators and cannot be held liable for any alterations, acts of omissions on the part of those providing services, or any other services incidental thereof. Guided Tours Unlimited, Inc. shall be under no
obligation or liability to any person as a result of default of any company and/or any inaccuracy, misdescription or changes to any tour or itinerary.
Further, Guided Tours Unlimited, Inc. will accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses as a direct or indirect result of equipment failure, weather, acts of God, government actions, strikes, quarantines, fires, hostilities, riots, thefts, or any cause beyond Guided Tours
Unlimited, Inc.’s control. Nor shall it be held responsible for any liability in respect to any detention, delay, personal loss, property damage, accidents, sickness or bodily injury in connection with or relating to Guided Tours Unlimited, Inc. or its representatives. Baggage and person effects are at the tour member’s own risk regardless of whether checked with any carrier, provider of accommodations or otherwise. The issuance of tickets and vouchers are subject to the above conditions and conditions of contract specified on those tickets and vouchers. We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants.

Tour Cancellation
Many hours of staff time and money have been spent in arranging each tour offered by Guided Tours Unlimited, Inc. These extensive efforts are wasted if the tour must be cancelled. In the event that a tour must be cancelled due to lack of participation or other circumstances, all deposits paid to
Guided Tours Unlimited, Inc. will be refunded.

Deposits and Payments
For single-day tours, payment must be made in full at time of reservation and is non-refundable. For multi-day tours, a deposit of $100.00 per person will reserve the tour of your choice with full payment due in hand by reservation deadline and is non-refundable. No refund will be issued for failure to meet
the tour for departure.
